Get Up N Go gives you the experience of personal training at a fraction of the price
There is an annual membership fee of £30. Then you just pay for the sessions you do
Semi-Private Personal Training

Your SPT session will run for a full hour with up to 3 other people. Sessions include a warm up and cool down and will focus on the elements of training that will help you to achieve your goals
1-2-1 Personal Training
£35.00
An hour of one to one personal training
Induction and Health Check
FREE
Before you start you get a free 1-2-1 induction, which involves a health check and an introduction to the gym and to tell us what you want to achieve from your sessions
